DIRECTORS

Joshua Bleak, Director – Mr. Bleak is a fourth‐generation miner from an Arizona mining family that has developed gold, silver, copper and uranium properties throughout the southwestern United States. He is currently the President and CEO of Passport Potash, a publicly traded Canadian potash exploration company. He was previously President of American Energy Fields, Inc., a U.S. publicly‐traded uranium company. Currently he serves as a director for a number of Canadian junior mining exploration companies and is President of North American Environmental Corp., a consulting company specializing in mining project management, permitting, lobbying and land tenure.

Roy Fuller, Director - Mr. Fuller has earned a Bachelors of Science in Geology from Brigham Young University, a Masters of Science in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Utah. Mr. Fuller has worked with the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of the Solicitor, and has represented a diverse group of mining companies ranging from Fortune 150 to emerging market, alternative energy developers. Mr. Fuller has most recently served as Executive Secretary for Continental Resources Group Inc. Mr. Fuller has expertise in environmental permitting in the areas of drilling geophysics, mine development, all the way through production.

Corey Dias, Director - Mr. Dias began his capital markets career in institutional equity research at CIBC in the Canadian Telecommunications sector and has gained further equity research and equity sales experience in other sectors - including mining - at other boutique investment firms. In addition, Mr. Dias was a Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, a major U.S.-based hedge fund, where he was involved in the management of a $400 million investment portfolio. Mr. Dias''spast experience also includes time spent as a management consultant in the Stockholm office of The Monitor Group, a U.S.-based strategy-consulting firm.  Mr. Dias holds a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

H. Kenneth Bond, Director - Mr. Bond’s background is in finance and corporate development. Mr. Bond was Vice President of Corporate Development for CornerStone Wireless Communications a private U.S. company focused on wireless spectrum licenses and communications project development within Ukraine, the Philippines, Europe, U.S, and the Middle East. Mr. Bond has worked with major investment firms within the US markets on the private client banking and institutional levels and was part of a team that managed over $100 million in assets.

Mr. Bond is currently a principal of Bond Brothers Media a firm providing public relations and corporate branding through the internet, media and corporate events. In addition, Mr. Bond has been active within the venture capital markets assisting promising start-ups to find initial seed capital and early stage companies to locate and develop strategic funding partners. Within the last 18 months Mr. Bond has been instrumental in raising over $30 million for a number of companies within the junior exploration space.

Steve Butrenchuk, Director – Over 40 years in mining and mineral exploration, development and operations experience. Mr. Butrenchuk is currently a director of Passport Potash Inc (former President and CEO of Passport Potash Inc.) and a senior officer and director of several public resources companies; BonTerra Resources.

Mr. Butrenchuk has significant exploration and geology management experience working for majors (16 years with Cominco). Mr. Butrenchuk is a former Consulting Geologist for the Geological Survey of British Columbia, he is also a Member of the Association of Profesional Engineers and Geoscientistics of Alberta.

Dr. Richard Hunter, Director – Dr. Richard Hunter is a practicing chiropractor in the city of Vancouver for over 25 years. During the last 15 years, Dr. Hunter has served as a director on several mining company boards including; GMD Resources Corporation, Randsburg Gold Corporation, Southern Pacific Development Corporation, and Passport Potash Inc. Dr. Hunter currently serves on the board for Consolidated Dencam Development Corporation.
