Equinox Exploration Corp. Grab Samples 2.63% to 9.68% Copper from New Copper Manto Mineralization at Aura, Chile Nov 20 2012

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/20/12 -- Equinox Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE:EQX) (Equinox) announces that it continues to locate new copper manto mineralization during its on-going exploration program at its Aura copper project in the Atacama Desert Region of north central Chile. A total of 6 mantos have been identified to date. Equinox is reporting the new results along with results from sampling earlier this year that ranged from 0.88% to 4.40% copper.

The North manto is the best exposed, opened at a number of locations along 200 metres of strike. The North manto varied in width from 30 to 100 centimetres. It appears to be sub-parallel to the South manto and strikes at 230 degrees with vertical to steep southeast dips. Chrysocolla is common in all exposures. The four samples taken moving from south to north along the exposures returned: 3.03% Cu over 0.60 metres; 2.04% Cu over 0.30 metres; 3.06% Cu over 1.00 metre and 3.11% Cu over 0.60 metres.

Equinox Exploration Corp. Updates Status on Aura Property in Atacama, Chile Sep 10 2012

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/10/12 -- Equinox Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE:EQX) (Equinox) announces it has closed the acquisition of Mineral Pro Chile, SPA (MPC) securing the Aura Mining Lease which includes the Aura Property. Activity has continued at the Aura Property, an oxide copper manto project, 31 kilometres southeast of Copiapo, Chile, allowing Equinox to commence shipments of ore to the Enami processing facility at the end of September.

Over the last few months, Equinox has completed extensive road improvements to allow haul truck access to multiple sites within the lease. Heavy equipment including haul trucks have been purchased. Upgrades to onsite housing and facilities have been completed. These improvements, upgrades and purchases are aimed at increasing production rates from the Aura Property.

(TSX VENTURE:EQX) (Equinox) has received assay results from preliminary grab sampling on the Halfmoon Trend, the fourth potential massive sulfide zone at its Binghamton Copper Queen volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) Project near Prescott, Arizona within the Arizona Copper Belt. Equinox Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE: EQX) (Equinox) has received assay results from preliminary grab sampling underground at Copper Queen and surface trench sampling at its Binghamton Copper Queen volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) Project near Prescott, Arizona within the Arizona Copper Belt. Grab rocks samples from surface ranged from 0.32% Cu to 18.35% Cu
Grab underground samples from the Copper Queen ranged from 0.36% Cu to 8.30% Cu

Underground channel sampling will begin the week of July 23, 2012 at Copper Queen.
The results from the HELITEM EM survey remain outstanding

The underground sampling consisted of chip grab samples of copper mineralization from the walls and backs of the adits and drifts at various locations along the accessible levels, sub-levels and stopes. Mineralization generally consisted of 1 mm to 5 cm chalcopyrite seams within a 2 to 4 metre wide, steeply dipping silica rich zone. Bornite is also common within the chalcopyrite and pyrite is rare.

Equinox Purchases the Remaining 60% Interest in Copper Queen Property Jul 30 2012

As provided under the terms of the agreement announced May2, 2012, for consideration of $275,000, Equinox has purchased the remaining 60% interest in the Copper Queen property, a 353.7 acre tract of 26 Federal patented mining claims on private land immediately adjacent to the Binghampton Property.

The Binghampton Property consists of a 100% interest in a tract of land that includes state permits, unpatented mining claims on federal land, and private land totaling 4331.8 acres. The Binghampton Property also included a 40% interest in an additional 353.7 acre tract of land immediately adjacent, with an agreement in place to acquire the remaining 60% interest within 90 days of the original transaction. Under the terms of the agreement, Equinox has purchased the remaining 60% interest for a $275,000 additional consideration.
